Eligibility Criteria for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as receiving the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Please note, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to the item being in its original, unused condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
