Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as receiving the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to the item being in its original, unused condition.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. While we currently ship exclusively within the U.S., we're excited to announce plans to expand to Canada by late 2024.

• Orders under $49.99 (before taxes) will have a standard shipping fee of $8.

Refunds and Returns

The full order amount, minus shipping costs for the return, will be refunded.
